Our Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Maximum Wellness product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maximumwellness.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@maximumwellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
